Dr. Ayman G. Fayoumi is assistant professor at the Faculty of Computing and Information Technology at King Abdulaziz University, Saudi Arabia. He served as a consultant to different IT sectors in many governmental and private organizations. His areas of expertise are Optical Networking, IT Strategic Planning, Smart IT, and Cloud Computing. He received his Ph.D. (2005) and M.S. (2001) in Computer Engineering from Colorado State University, MBA (2005) from University of Colorado in Business Administration. He has more than 50 research papers in refereed journals and conferences. He was listed in Chancellor’s List of highest academic honors for graduate students in the USA in 2005.
